Karratha Look Out

A short but steep walk will bring you to the top of this Karratha hill for a beautiful view of the city and ocean. There are no facilities at the top, but there are areas to park and rocks to sit on to enjoy the view. The road is quite steep, it is good idea to have a powerful car. Great place for a heart rate-increasing jog or a romantic look out over the town at sunset. The Karratha Look Out is a beautiful place to watch the sunset. Please take your trash home with you as there are no bins at the top of the Karratha Look Out. In addition, please stay respectful in the Pilbara to keep Karratha beautiful. The lookout is most beautiful in the morning, or late in the afternoon. In the summer season, there tend to be many flies so it is a good idea to bring a fly net. In the wintertime, it is a beautiful place to see all the blooming wild flowers in the region. After the summer rains, the countryside blooms with unique plants.
